Bespoke dwelling
Overcoming challenges to bring a dream home to life in Holmbridge
When Holroyd Homes set out to build a bespoke dwelling on a beautiful sloped site in Holmbridge, they needed more than just a set of drawings, they needed a team who could handle complexity with creativity.
The site came with its fair share of technical hurdles: a steep banking, a retaining wall next to the highway, and a number of protected trees nearby. But with careful planning and collaboration, those challenges became opportunities.
Working alongside engineers, planning consultants, and local specialists, we helped design a detached home that blends effortlessly with its surroundings — enhancing the character of the area while meeting every technical and planning requirement.
