Can't thank Dan enough for looking after us.  He has kept us up to date during the whole process of our project and was very happy to make occasional changes to the drawings.  He dealt with everything from planning to building control and regularly kept us informed throughout.  Dan is very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable and is very happy to answer any queries.  I can't recommend him enough, he's fantastic so don't waste time looking for someone better... you have already found the best!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dan, who is an exceptional architect, he truly exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation, to the final design, their expertise and creativity shone through.

The project scope and design, was to convert a double garage area, repurpose some internal living space and build a modest single storey extension. Dan carefully considered every single detail, ensuring that the design not only met our requirements, but also maximised the new living space in an efficient way.

Throughout the process, Dan and his team  maintained open lines of communication. They actively listened to our ideas and concerns, incorporating them into various layout options, before we eventually settled on a final design. The collaborative approach made the entire experience somewhat enjoyable, and not as daunting as we thought it would be.

Dan did a great job designing a remodel of the porch and disabled access for us at Milnsbridge Village Hall.

Dan drew up plans for our proposed single storey extension. He took careful account of our initial requirements and was able to offer a range of options and suggestions to improve on our initial thoughts. Having reached agreement on what would go through to the planning process, Dan then completed the necessary paperwork in our behalf which could have been a minefield. The service offered was excellent. We were kept informed of progress and any queries we had were promptly answered. Once planning approval had been achieved Dan was happy to continue checking on progress towards obtaining a building contractor.
In summary we have been delighted with the service offered by Heneghan Architecture and would have no doubt in recommending him for any similar developments.
