Bespoke dwelling
Heneghan Architecture were overjoyed to be working with Holroyd Homes again on the proposal to create a bespoke dwelling in Holmbridge.
Set within a sloping banking, the site presented a series of technical issues that needed to be considered within the design, including a retaining wall adjacent to the highway and various trees in close proximity.
Working closely with planning consultants, engineers and specialists, Heneghan Architecture balanced the concerns and produced a design for a detached home that would compliment the area and add to the already beautiful setting of Holmbridge.
