Northfield Lane, Highburton

Working with Zerum Planning Consultants for our client North Park Homes, Heneghan Architecture were appointed to design two large bespoke dwellings.

The site, located in the greenbelt of Highburton, had previously been a garden centre nursery, and whilst it had a complex planning history, it was possible to utilise the existing permitted development rights to produce designs for two beautiful new detached homes.

Each home has been designed to be nestled into the landscape and take advantage of the stunning views across the countryside.

Heneghan Architecture has since produced a full package of Building Regulation drawings, working with structural engineers, SAP assessors and suppliers. Our involvement also extends to assisting the developer on site to see through the project to the end.
